All Contact Categories can be used for Company contact, crewing or purchase contacts.

Categories in gray letter are system categories and name cannot be changed.

 

With “New” a new category can be added and with “Edit/Rename” all categories can be changed.

Only categories which are not in use can be deleted.

System categories can never be deleted.

 

Responsibilities are available for Contacts only (not for companies).
