It is possible for each site according to the rank list to plan all or individual positions. The system choose from all active crew. This is the designed into four sections.

Pref Ship

All employees will be planned who have the selected ship in their details as a preferred ship.

Pref Ship type

The system elected all employees, which have the preferred ship type adequate to the ships type of the selected ship in their details.

Pref Fleet

Now all employees with the correct fleet as preferred will be elected.

Job

Now all employees with the correct job will be elected for the planning

So far, all employees will be selected in alphabetical order. All 4 sections can be processed in one step It is always possible to plan with or without checking the certificates. If all 4 sections of planning are completed, the remaining blanks have to be closed manually.
