00-0002 - Error message "User limit reached" while starting a module or gadget

During the startup of a ZeeBORN module or gadget you see an error message with the information that a user limit has been reached.

Reasons and Solutions

The ZeeBORN System itself doesn't have any limitations according the number of users who will be allowed to use the system at the same time. The message you have seen is an error reported by the database server. The database server used by the ZeeBORN System is a license from a 3rd party software provider. The basic package of the ZeeBORN System includes only a 5 user license for this database server. If you need additional user licenses for the database server please contact the ZeeBORN support.
