There are some details for Audits that have to be configured.

 

“Final Verification Remark is Mandatory” If checkbox is marked, a remark has to be given by final verification.

 

“Complete Last Item -> Send Audit automatically to Final Verification”

This point is only needed for Office. If checkbox is marked, the audit will be switched to folder “Final Verification” without approving.

 

“Final Verification and Closing in one Step” If checkbox is marked, the audit will be closed automatically and cannot be distributed to other ships.
