All Drills are arbitrary. For adding and changing the Drills use “New” and “Edit”. For each drill a description and Check days (unplanned drills) can be given. If check days are defined, all unplanned drills of this type will be checked, if a planned drill is in this days available for Execution. If checkbox “set as inactive” will be marked, the drill will be set inactive. For each drill documents, can be attached. Only Drills which are not in use can be deleted.

To each Job card one or more Sub Job cards can be added. With “Share Overview” all job cards can be printed and saved. With “Share selected Details” all details of a job card can be printed or saved.
