The Maintenance module provides a variety of reports for analyzing component data and related information. All these reports can be accessed via the menu item Lists. The number and types of reports shown in the menu depends on the currently active user access rights.

 

All these reports have in common that all relevant results of the report will be shown first in a simple data table. The content of this table can be arranged by using the sorting, grouping and filtering features available in the data grid (similar to the features found in application found in Microsoft Outlook). The button Export to Excel will create an Excel file based on the current arrangement in the data grid.
