In the Schedules section you have access to all due maintenance jobs. In this section you have access to the following functions:

Calculate Schedules

This function calculates the maintenance schedules for the next week, next month or for a whole year - depending on your selection. In result you will see the schedules for all due maintenance jobs for the selected ships. If there are older maintenance jobs that haven't reported yet, these jobs will be also shown in the list as overdue jobs indicated by showing the due date in red color.

Report

This function helps you to create a maintenance report for one of the selected maintenance jobs. For more information please see chapter Reporting.

Show Details

Shows the details of the maintenance jobs. In the details view you'll have also access to the data of the affected component, older reports for the same job, lists of spare parts and many other information that might be useful for preparing a maintenance task.

Component Details

Use this function for seeing the details of the component that is affected by the selected job.

All Active Jobs

In the menu bar you can call up the report All Active Jobs showing you all maintenance jobs that have been created for the selected site/ship. This function will show you a list with all known maintenance jobs and allows you to arrange the data in many ways (sorting, filtering, arranging in groups). For further processing of the data you can export the data shown on screen to an Excel file by clicking the button Export to Excel.
