All certificates are given with Abbreviation letters and are assigned to a group. Every certificate can be marked as a travel document. With this the system can be verified whether this certificate is valid.

Either all certificates are declared with expiry date, as unlimited or with date of issue.

All unlimited certificates must be given once and keeps her validity for the whole time in that an employee is active.

Every certificate with an expiry date has a pre warning time. This is directed afterwards how long it takes to renew the certificate.

All certificates which have a date of issue are checked by the day of the rise whether at that time that the condition certificate is not older than x days is fulfilled.

Certificates can have defined level and Limitations. These are freely determinable and the system checks also the level and limitation for the application.

Because as some certificates must be circumscribed for the respective flag states, there is an Importance level included. With this level it can be defined, if a certificate has to be issued or only had to be applied.

A short description can be given for every certificate.

Certificates can be assigned to a certificate and it will be valid with the renewal of the parent certificate too.
