Missing Import Status

The "Missing Import Status" report can be accessed in the Data Replicator main window via the menu Tools > Missing Import Status.

The report gives you an overview for all transfers sent to other sides that have not been imported yet. By default, the overview only shows the last 120 days of missing imports, but you can press the Show All Entries button for all missing transfers recorded in the system.

Via the package ID shown in the list you can track the transfer file used for sending the data updates to another side. After correcting a transfer problem, you may use the Delete Selected button for removing the entry from the list.

Possible reasons for missing imports:

data transfer file lost during transmission to other side: Please check your system used for transferring the transfer files to your external sites. If the transfer file did not arrive as expected, please consider a re-transfer of the missing data by using the Recover option while sending updates.

data file arrived but couldn't be imported: If the data file got corrupted during the transfer or anything else happened that prevents the import of the transfer file, you should have a look into the log files created for each import transaction. As this can get quite technical at this stage, please do not hesitate to contact our support team for getting assistance.
