The tool XRateUpd can be used for downloading current exchange rates and update the ZeeBORN database with the downloaded values. It's main purpose is to allow the updating of exchange rate values outside of the ZeeBORN software, either manually or even automatically via a Task Scheduler task.

Installation

As the tool is not part of the installation package, the tool needs to be downloaded at https://downloads.zeeborn.net/XRateUpd.zip.

Extract the downloaded archive to folder %ZeeBORNClient%\bin (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\ZeeBORN\bin).

Usage

For manually updating the exchange rates, just start the tool and follow the instructions given by the tool.

 

If you want to set up an automatic updating of exchange rates, you can create a task in Windows Task Scheduler service.

While creating the task, you'll need to add the command line parameter /AUTO.

You'll also need to make sure that the user account used for running the task is also able to run any other ZeeBORN software on the same station.
