You are now able to interrupt the process of assigning supplier, if the rating of the selected supplier is bad.
Please note: If you want to create RfQ from approved RQ and all selected suppliers have rating bad and all assignments were interrupted, the RfQ will be created independently from that. You have than to assign new supplier directly to the new created RfQ.
