Follow Up Purchase Documents / Pin to User Activities

There is a possibility to made a follow up information for purchase documents (RQ,RfQ,QT or PO).  On depend of the Follow up Date the information will be visible in User Activities of the inserted user.

Allocation of Follow Up data

The follow up can be added for all documents excluded closed and rejected. Exception case: for closed PO/ SO a follow up can be added.

Hit “Follow up/Pin to User Activities” for adding a follow up.

 

 

Fill in the form, „Follow Up Date” is per default filled in with today, and “Follow Up By” is per default filled in with logged in user. Both can be changed. In “Follow Up By” a name from list can be entered. A remark can be given.

With „OK“ all changes will be saved and with „Cancel“ all changes will be destroyed..

 

View HTML and Tree

 

All documents with a follow up information will be visible in tree in italic letter.

 

In HTML view the details will be shown in green letter.

 

 

Clear Follow Up

 

All follow ups have to be deleted, when they are finished. The follow up information will be displayed also when document switched from folder to folder.

Please hit “Follow up / Pin to User Activities” and choose “Clear Follow up”.

 

NOTE: All user can delete all follow up information.

 

Hit „Yes“ for deleting the follow up.

 

User Activities

 

In User Activities of the current user all follow up information will be displayed which are allocated to this user.

 

 

Configuration

 

Click TAB „User Activities“, hit „configure“ and go to TAB „Purchase. Mark check box „Purchase Documents-Follow up/Pinned to User Activities “and confirm with „save“.

 

Display in User Activities

 

All follow ups will be displayed in the same order as Purchase tree: Requisitions, Request for Quotations and then Purchase orders.

 

If the follow up is assigned by another user, this will be displayed in „Follow up Remark“.
