MiniMail

The MiniMail module is an alternative e-mail client for sending e-mails. In it's current version it's still not a full replacement for a standard e-mail client but it prevents the need of developing interfaces to all major e-mail clients currently available on the market.

What it does

It simplifies the process of sending e-mails.

Sending of e-mails to one or more recipients.

Support of attachments.

Support for using cc and bcc for addressing.

Sent e-mails will be stored in the system for an easier access to all e-mails that have been sent with the ZeeBORN System.

The sending of newsletters is supported.

Distribution lists (Mailing Lists) are supported.

All e-mails sent by using the MiniMail modules will be saved in a central database. E-Mails saved to more than one recipient will be stored only once and will be linked to all relevant contacts.

What it doesn't do

MiniMail supports simple text messages. Text formatting and inserting of images within the text is not supported (attaching images as files is of course supported).

MiniMail currently doesn't receive e-mails. You will still need an e-mail client for receiving replies to your e-mails. The receiving feature is still under development and will be a part of the next release - then you use MiniMail as a full replacement for your existing e-mail client.
