After starting the online update for getting the newest exchange rates you won't get any updates at all.

Reasons and Solutions

This online update gadget uses a normal Internet connection for downloading the newest exchange rates from a server that is providing these data. As with many other Internet related problems there might be one of the following problems.

1.The access to the Internet might be generally disturbed. Please try if you can use your preferred Internet browser for accessing web pages.

2.The access to the server providing the exchange rates might be blocked by a firewall. This can be a company firewall installed between the internet connection and your intranet or a firewall installed on your computer. Please check (or let your administrator check) if any restrictions are applied by the firewall that might prevent the download of the exchange rates update.

3.Your computer might be connected to the Internet via a proxy server. Internet connections established via a proxy server are currently not supported by the online update tool. You can check if one of your colleges in your office has a direct Internet connection. He might be able to download the exchange rates update (in this case he will need a client installation of the ZeeBORN System).
