In the details screen for the user details you can also call up the configuration screen for setting up an e-mail account for this user. Creating an e-mail account for a user will allow him to send e-mails with the related features available within the ZeeBORN System.
Following parameters must be set for using the e-mail account:
Name |
Name of the user to be displayed as the sender of an e-mail. |
The e-mail address of the user. |

Server Requires Login: |
Most e-mail servers required to authenticate before sending an e-mail. Tick this checkbox if this also applies to the e-mail system used by your company. |
SMTP Account Settings: Server Name |
Full name of your e-mail server (SMTP server) used for outgoing e-mails. |
SMTP Account Settings: Login Name |
User identifier to be used for logging in to the e-mail server |
SMTP Account Settings: Password |
Password to be used for the login. |
