On left side of screen all Time Table States will be shown and on right side the states of time table states will be visible and editable.
New Time Table States van be added with “New”. Select Time Table State and with “Edit” all states of the time table states can be allocated. With “Save” all changes will be written in system and with “Cancel” all changes will be refused.
Only not in use time table states can be deleted.

If the state is only in one port this point has to be marked for correct view in time table |

When checkbox marked, activities can be assigned here |

If a berthing time has to be documented in time table, check box has to be marked |
Is sea time |
If time table state is only sea time, please set checkbox as marked |
Short |
A short code can be given for time tabl state |
Color |
Set the color with which the the table state will be visible in calendar (not in use currently) |
