There is the option to display a time table overview for all ships or an individual ship. For this purpose, you have to select the required ship for monitoring the time table of this selected ship.

Select “Configuration -> Site/Ships -> Specified Use” and assign "Time table overview"

 

The overview shows all existing Time Table entries. Therefore, the status of entries has to be assigned in the configuration before (see Configuration -> Time Table Status) as well as the end date has to be assigned within a specified period (today + Preview Days).

 

Preview Days

The user’s own, self-selected Preview Days will be managed and displayed in the Time Table Overview.

Use Fleet Status -> Configuration.

 

Choose TAB „Time Table“  to get an overview of the current time table status.

 

In a similar form, this overview may be presented on a large-screen TV. This function gives all employees the opportunity to get an overview about the time table of all ships of the fleet and the status of all activities on board.
