Hit ‘New’ and choose correct item category. For every inspection type the system will show you the applicable item categories.

 

Tab "Details"

For “Consecutive Number” please ask for Company standards. If you don’t know the number, it’s possible to let the field empty.

Add a title and a description.

Hit ‘OK’ and item will be saved. Title of this item is built as follows:

Item Category – Ship – Site (where item was created, i.e. O = Office / S = Ship) – Year – Running Number, e.g. Obs – YSM – O – 11 – 003.

 

Tab "Final"

In configuration is defined, which action is mandatory. lease fill in requested actions.

Tab "Attachments"

 

Optionally attachments can be added.
